Help neded ragarding vitz 2000

i struck a problem in my vitz 2000 dat it is creating a problem in petrol while it is working on cng quite gud but on petrol it is missing and also making strange sounds in the cylincer on petrol.i go to a mechanic and of the view of him there is prob in its fuel pump,but after changing the pump the prob is still remain so now kindly suggest me a better suggestion.
