How to clean my Passo 2016 speedometer ?

I have a Toyota Passo 2016, There are dust particles in speedometer near the needles of ODO. How can I clean. Is there anyone who can help me with this problem ?

Seems someone reversed the odometer and dust got inside of meter. Yes you can take it to a sensible mechanic o r electrician he will take it out clean it and put it back.
