I hear some heavy electric sparking

I have Toyota Vitz 2014 model. The issue I my car is that I hear heavy electric sparking from dashboard when I turn the ignition key and engine not starts...Kindly tell me why is this happening and how to fix it?

its the ignition switch Change it.
