Ignition Coil Failure Due to Oil Contamination in Suzuki Bolan: Is It Possible?

My Suzuki Bolan’s ignition system has been malfunctioning, and the engine sometimes stalls while driving. Could oil contamination o r leaks in the engine be causing damage to the ignition coils? How does oil contamination commonly affect the ignition system in Pakistani conditions?

Oil contamination can indeed lead to ignition coil failure. If there’s an oil leak and the oil comes into contact with the ignition coils o r spark plugs, it can cause misfires o r prevent the spark plugs from firing correctly. In Pakistan’s climate, where dust and heat can be prevalent, oil leakage combined with poor maintenance can exacerbate ignition problems. It’s important to fix any oil leaks promptly and check the ignition coils and spark plugs for oil contamination.
