Info Needed about Vitz?

im from Lahore
one of my friend in isb wana buy Vitz for himself as he is doing a marketing job he needs a small car
which one is better, a reconditioned Vitz or a new Cultus?
and wot about coure bcs i think coure is a strong car as compare to cultus

i thing Vitz is better but
1- wot about the s parts ? are they easily avaiable and how expensive they are?
2- wot about petrol/ cng consumption
3- wot about the resale?
4- and where to get vitz at the best price and value? anyone knows about a good dealer (he lives in isb but he can come lahore for a better price )
