Is a leaking water pump common in Suzuki Bolan?

I noticed coolant dripping under my Suzuki Bolan after parking it overnight. Upon inspection, it seems to be coming from around the water pump area. Is this a common issue with Bolan water pumps, and what usually causes this leak?
