Is it a wise decision to buy Passo 2006-7 in 2020? Car Advice needed!

AOA,
I am going to buy a car for me under the price range of 10lac. I want to buy a Japanese car.
After a search I came to know that I can buy a Passo 2006-7 o r Vitz first generation. I like Passo better than vitz.
Is Passo will be a good choice as it has few problems like engine vibration etc. And also how frequently it would need maintenance? should I consider Vitz first gen? o r should I go for some local option like Cultus 2008-11?
Kindly guide me.

I believe no harm in going for a 13 years old model Passo car, provided you are able to get one in good condition, and at right price.
