Is there any news by Honda for alternative fuel CNG/Diesel in near future?

Honda is producing civic NGV in America and they have a 2.2 diesel in use in Accord and CRV as well. There is a diesel civic in britian and europe as well.
Dont know when they will give these in Pakistan.
