Lancer 05 Cooling Fan out of control!!!

help!!!!!!!!!
my lancer all of a sudden givin me a prob!!!

its has auto fan but from few dayz the fan is running from the time i switch on the ignition !! n keeps on running for 5-10 sec after the key is turned off!!

the fan speed is also not constant , it moves slow fast veryy fast then slow again !!!

plzz help!!! is it auto fan controller of something else!!!

Look like the prob is with the auto switch. Go to some electrician he will solve this.
