My Daihatsu Cuore starting problem

Asslam-o-alikum everyone
I have bought a 2002 Cuore in Karachi and I am exhausted by facing the problems during and after rainy weather.
Even standing stationary during and after rain, my car doesn’t start. I tell you more about the car
The battery of the car is new
The car doesn’t start even cranking good
The distributor/Point has been changed with the CDI system.
Kindly help me identify the problem
