My Vitz(AT) doesn't go beyond 3rd gear

Sort of the unique problem I am facing as the thread�s subject suggest my car is unable to go beyond 2rd gear (Auto Transmission).
Car is Vitz 2002 model, drive 80K only. Auto Transmission with CNG.
Initially shifts are done without any problem but when it goes to 3rd it doesn�t change the gear to go beyond this, I have tried accelerating it till 110 KM but of no use.

Can someone please help me on this???
