Need help for my Charade

As Salam o Alikum.
I recently bought Charade 86 model, 94 recondition, but I don�t know much about this car and its models, Detamaso or Blanche?
Today I went to mechanic for exhaust pipe change and he told me that �you car model is charade turbo, but the previous owner removed its turbo.� He showed me the exhaust manifold where turbo install. Mechanic also told me that �turbo is not for Khi, there is too much dust and turbo cannot work properly and engine will suffer.�
I want to know that the above statement of mechanic is right or not? And kindly tell me about its turbo. I can�t find any original image of engine on internet, so, if anybody has charade coupe 86 model turbo engine images, can he post it? I want to see it. Btw, I�ve car on petrol.

mechanic doesnot know any thing about turbo,turbo only boosts engine
and not depends on dust
I also bought a engine cb70 for my charade its turbo is working fine and it is ok dont listen mechanic
