Need Suggestion for my charade

Dear
I have a charade model is 82(), it is in its stock condition(engine etc), it has no work of engine or body. I have a budget of 50000, I want to make this car more comfortable, kindly suggest me how to make it more efficient, what further enhancement possible mantaining its stock condition,
I have no knowledge of any car accessories, currently its engine is awesome making a top speed upto 140+, I want suggestions regarding:
1- All Shocks incld. springs (Where to buy? which brand? what its price? I want to replace it)
2-Engine enhancements(what further accesories, I can put into it to make its sound & performance better)
3-A normal sound system(price?brand?where to buy?)

kindly give me proper suggestions, I have charade '88 also, but love its drive thats why I want to spent that much money on it in a proper way.
sincere suggestions are welcome, thread spoilers r requested to keep away!

don't ruin ur car, keep it az it iz, no mods cmplsry, howz ur anda charde, hpe itz engine work completd!!!!

buy kabli shocks from sher shah
you can re do upholstery of seats with foam to make it more smooth

engine, u can get cultus efi engine or toyota 4efe squashed in ..
