Pak Hero 2009 model Chain Problem

Pak Hero 2009 model Chain Problem

I have a 2009 bike, and whenever I tighten the chain a bit too much, I hear a grinding noise from the front small sprocket, coming from the engine area. However, when I loosen the chain, the noise decreases. A few years ago, I had the head replaced, and since then, I havent done any major work on the engine. The oil Im currently using is PSOs yellow tapka oil, which is 20w50.

Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Given that you havent done any major work on the engine since the head replacement a few years ago, its possible that the noise could be caused by worn-out sprockets o r a misaligned chain. Additionally, using an oil that is too thick, such as PSOs yellow tapka oil 20w50, could be contributing to the issue.

To solve this problem, I recommend having a mechanic inspect the sprockets and chain to see if they need to be replaced o r adjusted. Additionally, it may be worth considering switching to a thinner oil, as a 20w50 oil may be too thick for your bikes engine. A mechanic can also advise you on the appropriate oil viscosity for your bikes specific make and model.
