Passo 2006 starting problem

I have Toyota Passo 2006 model. My car has starting problem. Mostly it starts perfectly and works fine. But sometimes it has starting issue and does not start when I try to start it. The engine light turns on. But its starts again without any issue after sometimes. The battery is 100% and motor is also serviced. The issue was fixed for some months when one electrician installed a relay. Now I am facing the same issue again. Can anyone tell me that what is the actual issue?
