Passo 2016 Fuel Average

I have Toyota Passo 2016 model which purchased recently. When last point of oil was remaining I filled the tank again. The fuel level is still same even after driving car up to 150km while the odo meter indicates 13.2km/l and remaining distance is 365. Here is the image. Please tell me what is happening actually

usually this happens when we fill to top
1st point will take some time to
and regarding range and average figure change, yes it changes according to your driving patterns it may increase o r decrease
and it happens in almost all cars
there is nothing to worry
