Passo 2017 smart assistance stop IE on odometer

I have Passo 2017 model and have a problem with my passo odometer it indicates smart assistance stop IE sometimes, when the temperature s around 15C in the morning time o r evening time, this happens. I don’t understand what the actual problem behind this is and kindly suggest me a solution for this

The Manual was in Chinese so I had to translate it

Which translates to:
The front wiper is operating at low speed o r high speed
･ Received strong light from the front such as the west sun
･ In bad weather strong rain, snowstorm, thick fog, etc.
→ Recovers when the cause state is resolved
