Passo CVT Transmission 2010

I have an issue of gear Jerk in My Passo 2010 model. After maintenance from mechanic it feels like it is jerking and sometimes I feel that the car has gone in 4th gear. Kindly help me in this regard.

Hmmmm... I think there are some issues with the oil like its dirty, not up to the mark, under-filled, over-filled, etc. o r calibration of CVT has gone out, etc.
