Passo type disk condition

AOA all friends
I own a 2010 model Toyota Passo. My cars front tyre disk is rusted. The picture is attached. Should I be worry about this. What is solution? Because mechanic will only ask to replace the disk. Kindly ignore technical mistake in query, I am thankful in advance for your advise. Kindly give me suggestions.

It looks fine to me but you can get it replaced from any mechanic that you trust nowadays it is hard to find a good mechanic without getting scammmed.
