Question about coolant and brake fluid

well have to change the coolant and brake fluid of corolla 1.3 gli(2nz-fe).....

first of all lost the owners manual so can anyone please tell me that which "dot" brake fluid is recommended....

secondly i have choice for coolant, either get coolant from toyota people, i thnk around 1100 for four litres or get it from liqui moly around the same price... which one is recommended... and also recommend me the brand of brake fluid....
