Should i remove thermostate from cuore

Dear friends! I'm experiencing heat up issue in cuore 07. The temp. Guage needle reaches the maximum point within 5 mins even in the early morning and then stays at that point for most of the time. It has effected its Ac performance too. Should i remove the thermostat and get the fan direct? What are its merits and demerits?

dnt remove thermostat!
just luk y is it doing so!
till thn , just giv the direct earth to the wire connected to thermostat, 2ndly at back of dashborad theres a grip of thermostat of a/c, also direct tht with a jumper.
but ist try to fix the reasoning of getting heatup.
