Some important information regarding passo

I purchased Toyota Passo 2011 model recently. My car is in rose metallic color. Next day after buying I visited the mechanic and changed the plugs, air filter and engine oil of my car. Unfortunately I committed a mistake and I inserted the guard filter that badly affected the average of my car and also pick the car. Someone said that you have not eliminated the catalytic converter I asked him what is that? He said eliminate that everyone do so for all vehicles next day I again gone to mechanic and asked him to eliminate the catalytic converter when he emptied that and when he finished I came to know that the catalytic converter is like two drums in the exhaust. After that the average of my car was not improved and was still low and high sound was producing from my car. As a fun I entered the original filter and after pulling the guard my car average was increased and pick was also good. But now my car indicates a check engine light and I got checked my car from many computerized mechanics and they told me there is nothing to happen more to fix this issue, you have to fix new dohlkian and now I am unable to get after a long search. If anyone has he demands not less than 16k. I am just advising you all to not to work with the catalytic converter. I am now totally disappointed as I love my Passo very much. Thanks all.
