Steering wheel controls not working Multimedia model “NSCP-W64”

Hi all
I have recently purchased a Toyota Vitz 2018 model. The issue in my car is that its steering wheel control is not working properly. It has a multimedia model NSCP-W64. the multimedia is working fine. Plz help me to fix this problem. Thanks.
