Suggest me Best engine oil for New head Assembly and gear box of passo 1kr 1000cc 2008

AOA all members, I have Toyota Passo 1Kr 1000cc. I have changed the Head Assembly and gear box of my car recnlty. The old was not producing much power and was too weak to run the ac properly. When I press a break the D gear was creating vibrations and producing blue light smoke at high RPM. The complete engine was out of reach so I changed the head assembly. Gear Box and Kabli Head Assembly are in good condition. Which transmission oil and engine oil should I use? Please anyone suggest me.
