Toyota passo 2005 poor fuel consumption

I have Toyota Passo 2005 registered 2011 which I have purchased recently. I purchased it as a used car. Everyhing in the car is pefect but there is only an issue that the fuel consumption of the car is poor. it gives me 9 Km/L and it should be at least 14 Km/L according to my knowledge. Kindly give me best suggestions and to know what is the actual problem? and how to resolve it? I have recently changed the engine oil. I can check out the car in Karachi. Please guide me in this regard.

O2 is oxygen MAF is mass air flow, both are at the intake. visit some diagnostic shop before anyone fiddle

Prius is a very good car. I drove one for 3 years before shifting to civic x. I still miss the drive, features, comfort level of Prius. If you can get your hands on a low milage vehicle battery wont be an issue, even after a few years if it does bother, it isnt much costly to replace anymore. Go for a 2012 facelift Prius after verifying the car properly. You wont regret inshaAllah.
