Toyota passo 2006 engine stops on D mode

I have Toyota Passo 2006 model. I have issue with the engine of my car. My car engine stops working on D Mode at idle speed when the AC is kept on. In some cases it stops working even if Ac is off. I have also done all mechanical and electrical maintenance for my car. I have already cleaned the radiator, spark plug and throttle body. Is this issue due to weak alternator o r battery? o r is there any other reason? Kindly tell me the Actual reason and also recommend an authentic solution for this issue. Please also tell me about a good auto electrician in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Thanks
