Toyota Passo 2011 Brake issue

Toyota Passo 2011 Brake issue

Assalam o Alaikum,
I own Toyota Passo Passo 2011 2WD with 130k on the odometer. The brake pedal of my car is facing an issue since two months. The brake pedal gets floored whenever I cross a bump, speed breaker, cat eyes o r a pothole. The brake pedal works normally when I park the car and push the hand brake pedal to engage it and then release it.
I have performed the following actions:
1. I have changed the master cylinder/servo cylinder when I found the spots in it and I have changed it after a proper checkup. I changed the cylinder from local market but issue was not resolved then I replaced with the original but issue still exists.
2. I have also changed the disc pads and brake shoe is the problem is not solved.
3. The issue is not even resolved after brake bleeding done and changed the fluid to Seiken Dot 3.
4. Again the bleeding done and ABS serviced but facing issue till now.
5. I have also replaced the rear drum adjusts appeared worn out but issue is still there.
6. I have not found any electronic issue even in the sensors as I have scanned the whole car and have also reset the sensors but still facing the issue.
I have left only the ABS of my car to change but it is not assured that changing ABS will fix the issue o r not. I don’t trust on the brakes of my car. Kindly help me and guide to get rid of this critical issue of my car.

This is a typical pressure leakage issue with the Toyota Passo ABS unit. This problem also affected my passo. It began with exactly what you are describing. In addition, I replaced the master cylinder. In order to permanently fix the problem, I ultimately had to replace the ABS with a kabli unit.

Taking out the ABS fuse wont fix o r resolve the problem. If the ABS unit is defective, pressure will still leak because the brake pressure still passes through it. If you repeatedly pump the brake, pressure is restored for the following minutes o r hours.
