Toyota Passo DIM Headlight Issue

Hey,

So, Ive got this problem with my 2002 Toyota Passo. The headlight cover on top seems kinda dim, and the bulbs arent giving off enough light. I need some advice on which lights I should put in to fix this and see better on the road.
