Toyota Passo dying while driving

I am facing a serious problem with my Toyota Passo. I feel that my car is dying randomly during the ride. Then it starts again in 5 to 10 seconds. The scanner also does not show any error code a I have checked and scanned with multiple scanners.
I have checked these things already:
1. Changed oxygen sensor
2. Changed temperature sensor
3. Changed fuel pump not entire assembly only fuel pump changed
4. Tuning completely
5. Whole car wiring
Kindly suggest me a solution to resolve this issue.

The fuel filter in the PUMP is choked and o r the cat converter is choked, in Lahore goto Obama car care tipu block 0321 4106898 for an appointment, the problem can be solved in a few hours
