Toyota Passo Fuel Consumption Issue

Hello Everyone,
Assalam Alaikum,
I have Toyota Passo and facing a fuel consumption issue with my car. My car fuel consumption is only 8.5Km/liter but according to my information, its fuel consumption is up to 14Km per liter.
After changing its plugs, air filter and washing the throttle body, still the issue is not fixed.
Please help to resolve this issue.

Toyota Passo / Daihatsu Boon comes with OEM standard tyre size 155/60/R13 if wheels are changed to larger & wider set up fuel average will vary. check for automatic transmission fluid & fluid filter change if never done since purchase. Passo in OEM wheel setup, automatic with light foot can manage 12km / litre & above.
