Toyota Passo pick problem while AC turned on

Hi dear members
I own a Passo 2006 model and my car has an AC issue.
1. When I turn on the AC, it creates a loud noise
2. The car starts vibrating on D the signal when I turn on AC. When I switch off AC the vibration vanishes when I change it to N.
3. AC was not cooling properly and I fitted new condenser and compressor in it recently both were Kabli original but still issue is not resolved.
Please anyone of you has faced such issue and resolved, kindly guide me to resolve as I have wasted a lot of money and time.
