Toyota vitz 2003...advice required

Salamx to all
i bought a toyota vitz 2003 FL grade pearl white colour. I gave my car for maintaince on toyota defence motors. I tried to get the top speed. I got only 110km/hr after that there was no further increase in speed. My car went till 55-60km/hr in L and 85km/hr in 2.
Secondly I want to ask how much milage should I get in 1000rs petrol ?

i used to own around 3 yrs back .. it was giving 16km with ac in city per litre ... mine easily touch 120km/hr ... get the gear sensor check ...
