Toyota Vitz 2010 1300cc converted gear issue

I have purchased the 2010 Vitz 1300cc converted recently. Since its purchase about 3 weeks, the car is working smooth and fine but my car was not getting acceleration it was moving through but by pushing the pedal it was not picking up acceleration when I was stuck in a traffic due to bad road condition for 30minutes and right after that reached home and at the inclined surface on the entrance
can anyone guide regarding the issue o r what to do.
