Toyota Vitz 2013 F 1.0 is Picking Up Oil - Using Shell Helix 10 -40

Hi all Experts,
I have bought a Toyota Vitz F1.0 2013 Model recently. I am using Oil Shell Helix 10/40 and my car is picking up oil and every 5 to 6 days later I had to refill the oil into it. The car meter reading is 97000 currently.
Secondly, I have another problem, I had a small plug and it was so vibrating due to it. I visited the mechanic and he asked me to change the Iridium plug I changed it but the issue is still not resolved and is still vibrating and have it N.
2 Mechanics said that the engine is weak and will have to repair o r replace it. I am looking for the best advice from this forum.
I visited another mechanic and he said that the engine of the car is weak and must be changed. Please anyone can help and guide me to fix this engine problem in my car.

1st tune up your car,i.e Clean the Throttle body, Clean the Catalytic Converter, and Change the air filter if dirty, after all these put Hi Octane in your vitz then check, in sha Allah your problem. will be solved,1000cc Vitz 3 cylinders vibrate, so dont take tension over it.
