Toyota Vitz 2014 spider shape fuel consumption

I want to buy Toyota Vitz 2014 model in spider shape which is featured push start. Actually I want to have a best car at an affordable price. I think it’s a Toyota Aqua but the car is quiet expansive and not in the range of my budget I have. I want to know your personal experiences and which car should I go for? What is the fuel average of Toyota Vitz spider shaped on highway and urban areas? I have also came to know that Toyota has upgraded the engine of this model and the noise of its engine in now reduced as compared to previous models. Can anyone tell me the price of Toyota Vitz 2014 spider shaped? The car I have looked and want to purchase by a person and he is demanding its price about 16.50 lacs. It is a push start and comes in black color. Kindly advise me and give your precious suggestion to help me in this regard.
