Urgent help needed for VITZ

Salam Dosto,
i am having some problems with my vitz.i posted them on wheels Fan club but didnt find any satisfactory reply so i m posting a new thread.i m having 99 model FL package vitz.with landi renzo cng kit.i m having following problems:

1- while AC is on and car come in first gear it stops on 10Km/hr speed and i have to off the AC to properly run it.the problem comes on both petrol and cng.

2- I want to remove the CAT filter and clean all sensors and throttle body.

3- It is having very low mileage on CNG with AC on it gives 60KM in city while without AC it gives 66-70KM.

4- With AC the brake pedal goes very hard and it fails to stop the car the still moving slowly with fully pressed brakes.

5- the left tyre gives a sound like Grrrrrrr...... on bad road condition.

so plz dosto suggest me solutions of all these problems and Multani vitz owners r requested to suggest a good and patent mechanic and CNG fitting shop from where i can get these things fixed and

also tell me how much will it cost me on all these jobs????
