Vitz 1.0 engine cold start problem

Hi all friends
I have 2001 model Toyota Vitz 1.0. my car has an issue. My car starts for the first time but I have to keep foot on the accelerator till the car gets warmed for 1-3 minutes. Rather, the car reduces the rps gets off and also its engine gets cold if I apply a gear it reduces the rpm again and getting off. The car has no issue and works properly after it get warmed in around 1-3 minutes. Even I have driven the car out of petrol and without CNG. I have already cleaned the Air Flow Sensor and throttle body but the issue in not yet fixed. Kindly help me and give me suggestions to fix the issue. Thanks
