Vitz 1KR-FE engine problems

I have used six Toyota Vitz different models in three years. All models I have used were 1000cc. But the models were different. The engine gave me good performance and there was no problem after driving 70000km. The engine condition was also fine. The engine did not produce any sound o r vibration. But when I bought the Toyota Vitz 2009 model, its engine was vibrating. It was driven 25000km. When I checked it with the mechanic, he washed the throttle body but the vibration was still there it decreased and the engine was working. I have no purchased a 2012 model Toyota Vitz since selling the 2009 model. The new model is in a new shape. I maintained the car and changed the oil and cleaned the throttle body and spark plugs recently. The car is driven up to 6800km. Engine condition is fine and is providing me the good average mileage. But I am facing a problem when I start the engine of car. When I start the engine, the interior seems to vibrate. The engine was vibrating when I checked by opening the bonnet. The mechanic says it is a normal vibration but I am not satisfied. In the evening I will upload the engine vibration. Please guide me what to do in this case.

I am not an expert BUT I read somewhere that on Idle, the car will vibrate as its saving fuel. Few things that I have noticed with my 07 vitz new shape with 8 airbags same 1kr-fe engine is that it vibrates too, but it was reduced when I changed the plugs iridium and have it serviced with Toyota. They cleaned Throttle body and MAF filter its just below the Throttle body in new shape & it is reduced. Today I have its first oil change and changed it with Shell Hilux Ultra 5w-30 the most expensive one :frowning: and will run it to check if it smoothens it more.
