Vitz 99 starting issue

My vitz 99 (reconditioned 2007) was in a good shape when I decided to visit toyota Islamabad and get general tuning / servicing. After that I have problems with starting the car.

When I start the car it just doesn't start in the first attempt. It takes about 5 min and about 10 tries before it really starts up. I went again for re-checking and they said (hawa maar rahi thi gari) and they fixed that but the problem continues.

I am quite worried with that issue. Yesterday the car refused to start after pumping CNG. and I was embarrassingly trying to start with all the people honking. The car used to start on the first try before these toyota guys placed their hand on it.

can someone tell me what can be the issue? CNG tuning? pressure issues in the engine?

anyone knows some good mechanic for vitz in Islamabad?

Its Making Trouble On CNG Or On Petrol Too.....!!
Its Electronic Type Kit And Starts On Petrol Then Converts On CNG Then....!!
Start It On Petrol Always....!!
