Vitz Cng / petrol problem

i convert my vitz 1.3 on cng but after conversion check engine light is on , but it turns on after 5 to 8 mins when i start engine...
and also facing problem on petrol maybe dere is sum problem in fuel pump..
i change plugs , air filter but still facing same problem
car is good on cng but on petrol ots jerks sum times ...
plz help me in that matter...

did the mechanic in cng conversion make air intake pipe narrow or somting like that...becaus i was facing same problem only on petrol, on cng it works fine...
