Vitz CNG Problem - Expert Advice?

Assalamoalaikum! I got my Vitz '99 CNG'd about 3000kms back- the cars' performance has dropped significantly, it gives app 80kms on a full cylinder of 50kgs, and now the actual problem the airfilter some how disintegrates ... when i checked it first after 1500kms it had holes in it like a rat had chewed on it. I told the CNG guy he did his checkup and said the problem were the plugs i had, so hey gave me new """"BETTER""" plugs and assured that the problems will be solved. 1500 kms later the economy is the same - the performance or lack of it, is the same - and yesterday i chkecked the airfilter ,guess what ? yes its still got holes in it like they were shooting god father 6 in it or something.
I can do with the poor mileage i.e. if it is pooor cuz this much is ok with me... performance pe bhi i can compromise --- but please lemme know why the airfilter is going bad everytime, who do i go to in Karachi to get this fixed ??? Your advice will be appreciated.

Slam dude! i have same problem back in times....i guess u have manual gear black with red mixed interior....this is technical problem in cng in efi...it called back fire...as u need a expert cng mechanic as proper wiring of advancer & emulator...also need to aviod to go in high gears at low rpm...u know some time sound like;;;Tusssss comes n car got off....may u can smell something burning...what u have to proper check of cng system....
