Vitz CNG - Top Speed reduced to 60km/hr !! wtf

I've got a Vitz 2005 auto sport edition. I am having problem with the top speed and pickup speed the day i've installed CNG. The top speed is reduced to 60KM/hr both on CNG & Petrol. The pick is reduced pretty much along. A local mechanic said i need to get new Plugs to get rid of this problem.
Any ideas or tips ? Also tell me the best place to get a complete checkup & tuneup in Lahore. i've heard Toyota center & some said Friends CNG would be fine.
Any help guys ?
