Vitz Lovers plz give ur opinion

Dear Members, two days back i washed my vitz engine. after that i started car at night, check light appeared and reamained on. while this car never showed check light before. so plz guide what to do or what can be the reason. However I washed engine with quiete care, mean i did safety for electronic parts/devices. Plz reply.

It could be some electrical problem. May be water got into any electrical part or spoiled some sensor. When you turn ignition key to on postion, check light is always shown, after start, if everything is ok then it disappears. In your case everthing is not ok. After washing the engine always use the blower to dry water before starting. You could show it to an auto electrician.
