Vitz problem... Please help

AOA,

Since few days my vitz is missing both on petrol and cng. I have shown it many mechanics some of them are saying that coils got bad this and that blah blah. However both coils and spark plugs are good as i have changed all of them. One of the mechanic told me that tappets/valves got jammed and the whole head need to be replaced from shair shah :s any idea guys what should i do??

u sure the coils are working fine?

and even if the tappets are jammed, can be fixed with machine.local terms"kharaad"
