Vitz Screen Panel Language

I have Toyota Vitz with a screen panel NSCP-W62. It is an original panel fitted in my car. But the issue is that the screen panel language is Japanese. Please guide me how can I change the language of the screen panel from Japanese to English? Thanks.

As far as i know, these headunits are for Japan so language changing can be an issue. The only remedy is to change the head units to available units in Pakistan. Better to get something branded. This is the permanent solution and relief
