Vitz with strange problem ,, plz help

Brothers my problem is still not solved:
let me give you lil background of my problem in my vitz 2002
when its cold (in mornings) the car refuse to drive on R reverse. it acts as if its in N Neutral , I can move the car forward and backward (dhaka) I have changed the transmission oil with genuine Toyota T-IV transmission oil but to no avail. My mechanic said the transmission needs to be replaced by kabuli one, i am not sure if i want to do that. please help me by giving me some good mechanic contact in Karachi , I want to solve this problem in a day or two. another thing if i grive in normal D for 2 , 3 minutes or 1 or kilometer then R starts working , very strange , I am used to park in reverse in my garage now coz in the mornings i know it would not go in reverse . but i try reverse everyday just to see if it works or not and it just doesnt ,, please brotheres if you know any good mechanic in Karachi please refer him to me , thanks

Your stator blade's damaged and/or siezed. Replace the tranny!

since u have checked oil etc... most probably one of the switches/connector to the transmission is damaged, one more thing, does the transmission light in dashboard blink when reverse is not working...
there are two of these switches/connectors just above the gear box, one for forward gears and one for reverse... check for any loose wire etc in the reverse connector... it might be damaged outside the gearbox or inside...

pls i m writing this on the basis of my experience with my car's tranny... vitz tranny might be a little advanced but anyways give it a try...
