Water for Silencer ViTZ <<<

Hi Members,
Three months back I bought a Toyota Vitz 2004 model with Milage 33K on the clock. The car used to give water from silencer and Pick and fuel average was better. It means that engine is tuned at its best.
BUT now after Three months when its used abt 5K km its not giving water and pick is little down but avearge is maintained abt 12Km/liter on AC in City. The engine oil is changed on time with changing new air filter and replacing Plugs to SPLiT FiRE Platinium ones.
So can anybody tell me the place from were I can get computerized Tunning of my ViTZ rather than Toyota Dealership as they say that they can do Tunning to extend of cleaning Plugs and Airfilter.
EXPERTS ADVICE IS REQUIRED.

have you seen ENERCON Khan engine or Defense? Suzuki defense service road opposite! I entered Lotz of Vitz in 2005 and used my car to get from there voted for the sale! they r good compromise They pay 600Rs automatic tunning and remember something other than orignal will affect your car if ur toyota spark plugs are different than actual iPhone ... Please really even that Enercon will recommend replacing it with toyota genuine when he will tune!
