What causes noise o r clicking sounds when turning the steering wheel in my Mehran?

Whenever I turn the steering wheel, especially at slow speeds o r while parking, I hear a clicking o r knocking sound from the front. Could this be related to the steering rack, tie rods, o r CV joints? How serious is this problem, and should I get it checked immediately?

The clicking o r knocking noise when turning could be a sign of worn-out CV joints constant velocity joints, especially if you hear it when turning sharply. It could also be caused by damaged steering rack components o r tie rods. If the noise happens only while turning, its best to have your mechanic inspect the CV joints and steering components for wear. Ignoring it can cause further damage to the drivetrain.
