Which one is better at fuel consumption Toyota Vitz 1.3 o r Vitz 1.0?

Hello I want to buy a Toyota Vitz, there Are only two models available in Pakistan one is 1000cc and the other one is 1300cc so what I wanted ask is which one has the better mileage and can we use CNG instead of petrol in any of these two?

Bro The average Mileage is 12 to 14KM/L for 1300cc and CNG is not good for Engine life and if you really want to install the CNG then go for 1300cc,you cant install CNG to 1000cc.
