Why Do My Dashboard Bulbs Burn Out o r Flicker in Suzuki Bolan?

The instrument cluster lights on my Bolan sometimes flicker, and some have stopped working entirely. I replaced them once, but now others are going out. Is this common in Bolan vans, and could it be due to bad ground connections?

Dashboard instrument cluster bulbs flickering o r burning out is often caused by:

Loose wiring o r bad ground connections behind the dashboard.

Old o r cracked bulb sockets.

Excessive heat buildup in the dashboard area.

Aging bulbs — most original cluster bulbs in Bolan last 5–10 years at best.

In Pakistan, where many Bolans are used in hot climates and for long hours, the heat and vibrations can affect the dashboard wiring. Remove the instrument cluster, clean the contacts, and replace the bulbs with heat-resistant o r LED alternatives if possible. Also check and tighten any loose ground wires under the dashboard.
